Part of the Healthy Living: Modern to Medieval series. Co-taught by Lady Aoife ni Mahille and Contessa Judith de Northumbria. Learn about how movement is one of the main drivers of health and how to increase daily movement with fun and functional activities like Medieval European dance! We will also show you how to modify these movements to be seated and to account for other health conditions. It is geared towards fitness beginners, but all are welcome.
