We will discuss different lifestyle changes that will bring your body to a more natural, healing state. There will be a wide range of options to discuss, such as nutrition, movement, sleep, and fasting. You can then choose your own changes based on those you feel will fit into your life.
A selection of healthy, whole foods will be provided for a light lunch, including chili con carne, salad with chicken, and finger foods.
